Shipping Policy and Prices

We are open for business and shipping internationally.

We ship both internationally and within Australia via Australia Post.

We'll dispatch standard orders within 3-5 business days of receiving your payment. Shipping time within Australia is an additional 2-4 business days from dispatch date. International Shipping time is usually an additional 6-10 business days from dispatch date.

All shipping and product prices are in Australian dollars.

Please note:

• You will receive an email the day we dispatch - please ensure you enter your email address correctly when you purchase your products so you can keep an eye out for your shipment.

•  Australia Post will email your parcel tracking number to you, as well as updates as your parcel moves through the network.

• Check that your PayPal account has the CORRECT shipping address AND that the address you enter when you check out is correct. We are obliged to pay to have the parcel returned to us when you have supplied the incorrect information and we will charge you additional shipping to re-post.

• If you haven't received your parcel within 6 - 10 days of ordering, it may be at your local post office waiting to be picked up.
  

• All parcels require a signature upon delivery. We're sorry, but we can't provide instructions for your parcel to be left at the door/behind the gate/ etc without a signature. If no one is home to receive your parcel it will be transferred to your local post office for collection and a note left to let you know.

Duties & Taxes

Any additional taxes or duties applied by customs at the destination country are the responsibility of the delivery recipient. Please note in accordance with Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable “merchandise” and are prohibited by law from identifying an order as a “gift” for export purposes.

Your local customs office will be able to assist you with any further information regarding taxes, duties and customs.
